I
thought to kick this part of my blog off of documenting this journey I have been on
for the last 10 years...manifesting a publication simply and
majestically entitled Mama Earth Magazine; it would be special for me
to post my first editor's inner note. I share the blocked walls I was
running into head first and some other sentiments that were key to the
first time I published Mama Earth Magazine in 2004! 10 years after it
was first born within my spirit!
Editor's Inner Notes
June 25, 2004 (crazy
that I am typing this almost 2 years exactly to this date.....June 25,
2008..... I started working on this blog around 11:30pm....Divine Order
in Action!)...WOW, I am retyping this BABY again adding to my original blog just a few days shy of it being a year from last year!!!! What's up with this June thing?.......I know what it is MAMA EARTH MAGAZINE...really wants to come out and she tellin' me not to be scared and even if I am....to feel the fear but to keep owith the keepin on because time is near!...The Birth that is
It's Important For Me To Say Thank You!
I
would just like to personally thank a very close friend who I know
would not like for me to name her but has been so instrumental in
assisting me, more ways than one---in birthing the first issue of Mama
Earth Magazine. Thank You......!
Those host of other people I have tugged on and called on when I had literally lost the initial first issue of Mama Earth Magazine ( That was simply insane!) Thank you for hooking me up with other people who could help me. But a Blasted Thanks goes out to Terone Ward, over at the SF Bayview Newspaper! The Technical person I leaned on the most. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Thank you to Mary Ratcliff for accepting my Mama Earth columns. In addition to these thank yous , one more goes to JR, the publisher of the brand new World Wind International Black Newspaper!
May
something2004 after my whole 1st issue could not be retrieved out of my
computer/1 hour before printing, I thought these words....
"It
feels like when you are about to deliver a baby, but your midwife tells
you , you haven't dilated all the way. I have worked so hard. What does
this mean I can't get the magazine file open? It was like spirit was
saying, " You want this? Let's see how much. I'll take it away and you
will create it once again...with more diligence and determination than
ever! I've been pregnant for a long time...Here We Go!
