What a song to sing. Every time I sing this song, I become inspired. Like when do you hear people talking about standing by each other? Other than your mama or daddy, who will really stand by you and remind you of the love you got on the inside?
I would love to hear some examples of people standing by each other! You have any? leave a comment on this one!
Verse 1:
Would you take a stand
and continue to hold my hand
While I struggle along the way
creatin' a betta' day
Oh now tell me,
could you simply be
a source of inspiration to me,
helpin' me realize
all of the love I got inside,
Now tell me would you stand by me?
Oh would you stand by me?
Would you show true love to me?
and stand by me?
